  重塑品牌价值,铸建国际男装标杆

  “做批发、做代工,主动权、定价权都是在别人手上,而自己做品牌,不仅掌握了主动权,而且可以跟市场联系地更紧密。”在喜歌实业董事长陈贤喜看来,随着时代变迁,国内服装品牌的认可度正在不断上升,品质好、价格不高的服装企业一定会在国内有很好的生存空间。

  正是怀揣着“一定要成立一个自主品牌”的初心,陈贤喜在2014年成立了“O2O”运营模式的杰尼威尼电子商务有限公司,并自主研发了杰尼威尼(jieni’veini)男装品牌。公司集设计、生产、销售为一体,服饰设计以时尚商务简约多元系列化为主。从工厂直接进入卖场,直接让利给消费者,完美实现了“高品位、中价位”的品牌价值。

  走进位于濮院镇的浙江喜歌实业有限公司,墙面上“杰尼威尼”的巨型标志尤为显眼。“我们要善于发现杰出的自己,用自己的设计和创新,让客户穿我们的衣服,也能遇见杰出的自己,这便是杰尼威尼。”言及品牌的寓意和期待,陈贤喜这样说道。

  值得一提的是,杰尼威尼品牌的发展战略直接与国际化接轨,通过线上线下同步发展,短短几年品牌便荣获多项大奖,得到了业界和消费者的双重认可。截至目前,杰尼威尼的直营店已达500多家,覆盖中西部、东部等各区域。

  引进智能物流体系,争做时代企业

  “来濮院一年,现在企业的生产、设计研发、智能物流等环节都已经开始运转,接下来我们计划将公司的总部‘搬’到濮院来。”2017年5月,陈贤喜将自己位于成都的喜歌实业采购部、仓储部和电商部迁址濮院,成立了浙江喜歌实业有限公司。目前一期项目已建成并投入使用,二期项目正在如火如荼的建设中,预计到2020年3月,喜歌实业总部将正式迁址濮院。

  在喜歌实业的仓库里,“隆隆”的机械声下,一个个黄色的环保箱在履带的输送下,经过流水线,自动、有序地完成着从入库、补货、挑选、打印标签、分拨和出库的步骤,这样的场景是喜歌实业在引进智能物流体系的成果,也是“机器代替人工”向自动化、智能化方向转变的成果。

  “杰尼威尼作为知名男装品牌,每天从濮院总部发到全国各地的货物数以万计。智能物流系统的引进,为我们节省了不少人工成本。”喜歌实业相关负责人激动地说道,“现在有了这套智能物流系统,偌大的仓库只需几十人就能轻松运行,一小时就能完成往常一天的工作量,每天轻松出库几万件,这样才能让员工腾出更多的精力深入了解和学习智能化物流。”

  没有成功的企业,只有时代的企业。在新零售时代,喜歌实业配套电子商务平台,引进了智能物流体系,实现了全流程的智能化,完成了智能物流的升级优化,真正做到了让新制造和新零售无缝的对接,也让店铺与总部之间实现了高效连接。

  "We have stayed in Puyuan for one year, the production, design and development of the enterprise, the intelligent logistics, etc., have started to operate in Puyuan.” Next, we plan to move the company's headquarters to the puyuan.In May 2017, Chen Xianxi moved industrial purchasing department, warehouse department and electricity department from Chengdu to Puyuan and established zhejiang xige industrial co., LTD.At present, phase I project has been completed and put into use, while phase ii project is under construction. It is expected that the headquarters of xige industrial will be officially moved to puyuan by March 2020.
